SMT2200RM2UC Firmware Update

Morning,

I have several SMT2200RM2UC (ID1015) SKUs I'm trying to update firmware on.

They are currently showing: Firmware Revision UPS 04.6 (ID1015).  I'm trying to update using the latest firmware of SMT1015UPS_18-0.enc through the NMC3 but keep getting a refused message.

I'm assuming it's too large of a firmware jump but I'm having a hard time finding out what I need to update to first.  Can someone please advise?

The ability to upgrade the UPS firmware via the NMC was disabled in v04.6. Your options are directly serial & USB.

Once the system has been updated to v18 the ability to upgrade the system via NMC will be restored.

You will also have the ability to enable / disable the communication method via the LCD Menu to offer stronger security protection.
