Powerchute Personal can not install

Hello, I can not install the software, here is a short screen record of the problem. I am clicking next button but its not continue install, my windows account is admin and I can install any other programs. I try run as administrator too.

I am having the same problem using Windows 7.

I already did all steps from #2 described at https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/faqs/FA167118/ 

Still, I can't install. It stops on the same place as in the video above...

Please advice.

I have the same problem even after working thru the steps in this Faq several times:

Installation gets to the point where it reports installer will disable Windows native power management, then error window that "There is a problem with this Windows Installer pkg. A program required to complete this install cannot be run.".

.net features are all on. I'm using Win10 pro 64.

USB can see the ES700 UPS Ok so this is really frustrating.

Please advise!
