Powerchute Business Edition service won't start jvm error
Hi
I had to reinstall the powerchute business edition 10. on windows 2008 server, install runs ok and detects the UPS smt220 on USB but it pops an error below error loading jvm.dll and the event viewer shows
Error: 127, cannot load runtime C:\PROGRA~2\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll
What can I try to fix this? Does error 127 indicate what the problem is?
