Hi, anyone please suggest!
I just install Powerchute BE 10 and connect with my APC ups (BackUPS 1400U).
When I checked on status, I found that display status is incorrect (As in attached).
VAC = 23.0 , it should be 230VAC
Input frequency 0.5 Hz, it should be 50Hz.
Battery charge 8.8%, it should be 88%
BTW, I could you please suggest what should I do for make change to correct status.
Thanks in advance.

PowerChute Business Edition 10.0.2 is not compatible with a Back-UPS. A Back-UPS is compatible with PowerChute Personal Edition. PowerChute Personal Edition runs on Windows OS only and cam be downloaded from this link. https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/categories/power/uninterruptible-power-supply-ups-/ups-management/powerchute-personal-edition/N-1b6nbpp
