Powerchute+APC Smart-UPS 700

Hi everyone, I have an old apc smart-ups 700 that I want to use, my problem is that when I try to connect to my server powerchute business edition can not detect it. I use an apc serial cable. Could you please help me?

Which serial cable are you using? Are you using a generic serial cable or one of ours? Our cable is proprietary and is necessary for the software to recognize your UPS. Our part # for the cable is either the 940-0024 or 940-1524.
