I am facing problem with Power View display of Symmetra LX. It is showing "programming... V1.0". Part number is AP9215RM and all leds are on (LoadOn, OnBat, Bypass and Fail)
We tried to change the language and powerview was locked. Not respond ESC key. We tried to install a new firmware with Teraterm and with DOS executable “pv_dnldr.exe” and does not work.
We tried to power off the UPS, changing MIM and UTP cable.
How we cant reset the powerview?
Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

someone asked us this internally. here is what was suggested..
From what you said, we will assume that the PowerView display was working fine before you attempted to flash a new language and now it is behaving strangely - if that is not correct then let usknow since that may change the direction that we want to go here.
I would first try to reset the PowerView display. This can be done by pressing and briefly holding the Enter, Escape, and Help keys on the right of the display. Optionally, you could unplug the display from the intelligence module for approximately 60 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this does not work, you may want to enter programming mode and try to reflash the firmware file. Please ensure that you are using the appropriate cable and serial port settings. Instructions for flashing the file can be found at the following knowledge base link:

Reflash the firmware file fixed the problem. Thanks.
