Hi, 

I need to install 2 ups with several servers with Vmware, which version of powerchute should have to control the shutdowns of the servers, controlling the 2 ups

The acual ups is the APC  smartups 5000

Hi,

I recommend PowerChute Network Shutdown. The UPS will need a Network Management Card install. The available cards are part numbers AP9630, AP9631, or AP9635. If the Smart-UPS 5000 is a SUA5000 or SU5000 than other optional network cards are AP9617, AP9618, or AP9619.
