PowerChute web interface critical problem

Given:  Windows Server 2012R2, SmartUPS 1500

When trying to access the PowerChute web interface on the UPS via Chrome we receive this error:

"Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key or ERR_SSL_WEAK_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY"

We cannot access the page through Chrome.

Can anyone advise us on how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

You should add the PowerChute Security Certificate to Chrome. See Kbase FA165288 for assistance.
