PowerChute no longer displays analog values such as battery voltage, etc.
This is probably a really dumb question. I have an SUA-1500 with PowerChute v9.0.0 installed on a win7 x64 machine connected via serial port.. I have totally rebuilt my system from scratch reinstalling everything from the ground up including the OS. To the best of my knowledge (it's been a while since I had occasion to examine the logs and I just can't remember "for sure") PowerChute had a log that showed battery voltage, line voltage, and other analog values. Since I reinstalled everything, nothing I do will get that analog log back. Firstoff, can someone confirm that the analog values can in fact be displayed with PowerChute via the serial port or must a USB connection be used. If the serial cable will work then what on earth would be keeping the analog log from displaying?
I'm hoping someone can help me out here before I go the rest of the way nuts trying to remember...

Additional info regarding the PowerChute question above. I happen to see a screen capture of the main page on another post and it depicted a DATA LOG option as well as the EVENT LOG. I didn't remember at the time but the Data Log is where the missing values were shown...the Data Log option is completely missing - only the Event Log option is present. I also forget to mention it but the PowerChute I have is the business edition...I have reinstalled 4 times with the same results each time...I must be doing something basically wrong?
