I have PowerChute Business Edition and an SMT1500I and I'd really like to access the data that is used to create the Voltage Analysis graph.
It looks as though this data is actually stored in the UPS itself, and transferred via the USB port when the graph is selected.
I could probably reverse-engineer the process, but it would be nice if there were some way of accessing it without having to.
I don't mean the DataLog, which is only written every 20 minutes. But rather the data that is used for the Voltage Analysis graph which is stored every few seconds.
I do that you can export some of the data via the Console, but I'd be writing a program to gather it automatically as often as needed, as it will save me the task of building a voltage-logger.
Many thanks.

Ok - 9.2 installed. Initially no sign of LOGGING option, but now it is there.
No option to set login to 1 second. The minimum is 10 which should work for me.
Thanks

Hi,
The data log in PowerChute 9.2 can be adjusted to collect ever second if you would like and that information can be exported. From the web interface go to Logging - Log Settings and change the setting from 20 minutes to 1 second.

I have 9.1.1 and when I get PowerChute BE to check for updates it tells me that there are "no updates at this time" - and the download page shows 9.1.1 as "NEW" - so I assumed it was the latest version.
But it seems that 9.2 is actually there if I go to the PCBE dropdown - I wouldn't have bothered checking that, so thanks for the quick reply.
