Hello,
I'm trying to configure the Personal Edition of PowerChute on my home computer. It's running Windows 7. The software detects the UPS perfectly fine, I don't have any issues there. But, when I try to change the Sensitivity or the Voltage settings, it won't REALLY apply. For example, if I go to the Sensitivity tab and then click "Low" and click the Apply button, it appears as if it applies it -- but if I click any of the other tabs and come back to Sensitivity, it's set back to High. Same with the Voltage settings -- if I change the Overvoltage to 130, for example, apply it and then leave and come back to the tab then it resets back to 127.
Any ideas? Apparently the power coming into my house is real shaky... the APC unit is constantly switching back and forth and even though I tried to configure the audible alarms to be silent from 8pm to 8am, it's been waking my wife and I up in the middle of the night when the alarm sounds.
Please help!

What UPS model is this specifically? (preferably from the back or bottom from the white sticker)
The software is just applying a setting change to the UPS so the issue may not be with the software. Now very silly question and don't hate me but you're definitely hitting apply and not one of the other buttons there, correct?
