PowerChute Network Shutdown donload

I am trying to download PowerChute Network Shutdown from ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/software/pcns/223/windows/pcns223win.zip

But the link is dead, could someone provide me with an alternative download link that works please?

I have tried to use the live chat support but i'm not getting a response.

Yes, it just links me through to ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/software/pcns/223/windows/pcns223win.zip

Which does not work, ive tried it in both IE 8 and Firefox and from 2 different machines.

The FTP link which you posted does work fine for me on Firefox browser and IE8 as well. I am not sure why the link does not work for you. Have you checked your browser settings which may prevent you from download the software off the APC site?

Secondly, you may need to try downloading the PCNS version 2.2.4 and see if it works.

I will ask a friend on another site to download it and send it to me then.

I also tried the link on my end and it works fine. I believe our website asked you to enter a Login name and password first before giving you a Download Now button which contains that link. Where you able to do this?

Thanks for the replies everyone, it turns out our ISP (The Local Education Authority) is running some sort of smoothwall filter which didnt like your FTP site, Ive had apcc.com added to the whitelist and bingo i can now download everything from there!

It took ages to pinpoint that...
