Hi, got a couple of these PDUs off of ebay, but the seller doesnt know the IP address (they were configured previosuly, apparently) , and APC Device IP Conf Wizard doesnt fine them. How can i either reset it (so wizard finds it) or locate the IP ?
Thanks

Good day Peter,
To find out the IP address assigned to the PDU you will need to press and hold the Control button for five seconds. If you've done this right you'll see a scrolling message which then contains the IP address. Please see the user manual of this PDU on the link provided below.

Peter,
You will need to reset the card to its factory defaults. Click here to know the procedure to reset the card to its defaults. And then you can assign an IP address to the card.
