Hi,

We have found an issue where PowerChute Network Shutdown version 3.1 fails to shut down a Standalone VMware Host. We have release a patch that addresses the issue. It is attached to Kbase document FA222090 along with installation instruction.

A corrected version has been uploaded to APC.com. The new version is 3.1.0 Build 4844, the ova file is dated 4 February 2014
