PowerChute Configuration lost after executing .cmd file and switching off c

This applies both to 9.0.1 and 9.1.0 version of PowerChute running under windows 7 and Java 6 update 38. Following execution of .cmd file and restarting computer the configuration for calling .cmd file is lost.
Here is the sequence that leads to it in 9.1.1
1.Log in Agent. 2. Go to PowerChute|Event Configuration. For three critical events select a .cmd file, check "Enable command file execution", uncheck and shutdown option.Press OK.
3. Do the same for an event Communication Lost. 4. Click Apply and log off the Agent. 5. Unplug USB connection and verify that .cmd file is executed. 6. Plug USB cable back.
7. Log into Agent. 8. All four events still show the same configuration. 9. Open configuration page for Communication Lost event and uncheck box "Enable command file execution".
10.Apply changes. 11. Log off Agent. 12.Restart computer and Log into Agent.
13.In all four events, .cmd file is still selected but boxes "Enable command file execution" are unchecked!!!

"Communication lost" event is used only for testing. Same behavior is observed if first three events were selected and .cmd file was executed because of critically low charge of the battery.
This behavior does not depend on what kind of command is send from .cmd file on "communication lost". If just to re-start computer without calling .cmd file on event the configuration does not change.
Will appreciate an advice on how to fix this problem.

hello. after a bit of testing, we were able to replicate it. we DON'T see the issue if we leave "shutdown" selected. Can you try that?

also, we will see about addressing this in the future version but those events are configured for shutdown (and maybe not intended to be "unselected" for shutdown because they are indeed critical). i imagine this is maybe the reason it was missed because nobody tried to unselect shutdown. just an educated guess there but anyway, we see it as an issue.

Thank you for your suggestion. I verified that with shutdown option checked the configuration is not lost on power shutdown.
