Hi,
I have a Back Ups Pro 420 and I'm trying to connect that UPS to the PowerChute Business Edition software. I once had the UPS connected to the software that is installed in another computer that runs Winodws Server 2003 but one of a sudden it stopped detecting it and wasn't able to reconnect. The workstation runs Windows XP and I'm already using the PowerChute Business Edition with other UPSs but with this one is not working.
When trying to detect the UPS connected to the worksation the program says "Failed to add ..."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
