After installing version 9.2 of PowerChute for Windows 10 found here I can't find the app to open it for management & I'm not even sure if it works that way. All that shows up in my Start Menu is a PowerChute Business Edition folder that contains a file called Agent Web Interface. Firefox blocks me from visiting it, claiming the connection isn't secure with the only options to Go Back or Advanced. Did I mess up by only installing the Windows Agent & not Sever or Console portions?

Hi,
When Firefox launches is the web site being displayed as the FQDN or as the system IP address. Example https://My-System@home.com:6547 or https://192.168.1.10:6547
If the default is to the FQDN enter the system IP address instead. Example https://192.168.1.10:6547. When you see the warning that the connection is not secure selected advanced then select add exception, select get certificate, select confirm security exception. When the page launches add the site as a bookmark. The next time you need to access PowerChute open the site via the bookmark.

Okay I've figured out that there's something in Firefox Prohibiting me from opening the PowerChute Agent Web Interface. As copy & pasting the url into Edge works just fine. I know it's got something to do with either Firefox or my NoScript addon extension, I just can't figure out what needs to be configured so it's allowed.

Thank you I've done that but unfortunately Firefox itself wasn't the only issue. NoScript extension is also blocking it so I'll be heading to their forums to ask about advanced configuration.

I actually figured it out, just had to set the right custom NoScript permission.
