Windows Server 2012 R2 installed PowerChute BE (10.0.1, 9.5) has 2 UPS connected (Smart-UPS RT 1000 COM and Smart-UPS 2200 USB), but only one is detected. If two are connected, then Smart-UPS RT 1000 COM is detected (during agent installation), but Smart-UPS 2200 USB is not.. If disable Smart-UPS RT 1000 COM, then Smart-UPS 2200 USB is detected in agent. Is it possible to see two UPS in the agent?

Hello,
The PowerChute Agent is designed to communicate with a single UPS. If you would like to communicate with redundant UPS you will need to uninstall the PowerChute Agent, install a network card in each UPS, then install PowerChute Network Shutdown configured for redundant UPS. See Schneider Electric Application Note 98 "Using PowerChute Network Shutdown in a Redundant-UPS Configuration".
