Power quality

I have Smart-UPS X 2200 and a question about power quality. Although "Power quality sensitivity" is set to low, I still face quite a lot of "power failed - power restored" 3-50 seconds apart. Trying to look deeper into power which is applied. Which power parameters might trigger these cycles? What to look for? to search?

I did not find any other power appliances being rebooted as often as these errors occur.
