Power Sys Error - 00004

Hello,

I have an issue with my APC UPS SRT8KXLI. It happened in the midnight where there was no people worked at that time. In the morning, I just knew that my switches were down because the UPS got an error. "Power Sys Error - 00004. Contact Customer Support." . Then I checked the event log, "Output over voltage. Event Code 114" . I felt that no power surge for that moment. Please help me with this case.
