Thanks for your support, this unit is installed in a production Environment (Data Center) is there is any chance to get a replacement unit for the time being? Please guide us to make RMA for the faulty unit and provide us your complete contact details of Support Team.

I would contact your local support to help you out with this. Your unit is still covered under factory warranty and might need a replacement.
