I have two identical SC1500 units in service, both reporting to the Win 2008 R2 Server. From my desktop, I access using the console.
Over the weekend, one of the units reported a power failure, but not the other. These two units are in the same building, connected to the same supply.
Any ideas why one would report a power failure but not the other?

I mean they are connected to the same circuit panel. If one lost power, they should both have lost power.
That's what I don't' understand. Could one have had a "false positive" and thought it lost power when it really didn't? Or did the both acutally loose power and one unit just failed to log it?

what do you mean by supply? (circuit? outlet?) how long was the power outage? do both have identical sensitivity and transfer voltage settings?
