Hi Team, How are you?

We have a Customer with a Power Distribution Panel PDPM277H. We can´t login by the Network card because the comunication has been lost. When we try to operate the control panel, it doesnt response and all the lights are on.

The Data Center Expert show the followings mistakes:

- The communication with the measuring cards of 19..24 modules has been lost.

- The communication has been lost.

- The transformer temperature is too high.

Would be a Intelligent card failure? Can I reset the sistem?
