Even with a worn-out battery, PCPE said I had 58 minutes of battery. I upgraded from version 2.1 to
version 2.2 - no change. Can I assume that "69 minutes" minus "58 minutes" gives me 11 actual minutes of battery time?

hi,
while the UPS is "online," the runtime remaining is essentially an estimate. when the UPS actually goes to "on battery" mode, the value should be come accurate. sometimes the UPS may need a little calibration to adjust that time so that it is more accurate while online. i would put the UPS on battery to see what the runtime changes to and if possible, let it discharge completely with the software running, let it charge back up so that it calibrates a bit, and see what the runtime changes to.
