PCNS version 2.23 help

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help, I have setup pcns version 2.23 on windows 2000 server. And after installing , it seems like the apache tomcat version 4.1 which start automatically as a service will not start automatic anymore. But, if I start it manually it will start. The current version of java is J2RE1.4.1_01 . Plesae help???

Can someone advice, I have a windows 2000 standard server install on a proliant DL 380G3. After I install the pcns 2.23 on the server and restart . The apache tomcat which can automatically start but now it cannot start automatic even if the services in windows state automatic . The apache tomcat is version 4.1 and the java version is 1.42 . Please advice.
