PCNS on SBS 2011

I see that there is no download for SBS 2011 on PCNS v4.1. What is the correct download for SBS 2011 so that I may install PCNS?

SBS2011 has not be officially approved however you are welcome to try PCNS version 4.1 on your OS. All of the Windows installers are the same so you should pick either a 64 bit or 32 bit installer depending on your system.
