PCNS cannot connect to the UPS. FA159624 is useless.

Hello!
UPS model is SRT8KRMXLI (AP9537).
There was no such problem with the native sumx 6.2.0 firmware. There was another problem that I was hoping to solve by updating the firmware to 6.8.0, but now not about it. A server that is trying to connect to a problematic UPS successfully connects to other UPSs (SRTD, SUA). This means that there are no problems with the firewall on the server. I connected to the NMC through the console and made sure that the firewall on the NMC was disabled. I turned on http. The UPS is accessible through the PCBE, via a serial cable, as well as through a browser at the IP address.
If you have no ideas, then post a link to sumx 6.2.0 firmware please. I did not find it on the official website and generally anywhere.

Thank you very much!
It was necessary to enable HTTP for PowerChute in the NMC web interface, as written in the "useless" document.
Thank you again!

Hi,Sorry for the inconvenience. When an NMC is updated to firmware 6.8 and rebooted http is disabled. Step 14 of the mentioned FAQ discusses how to resolve the issue.

14. If the AP9630, AP9631, AP9635, AP9537SUM is running firmware 6.8.X or the NMC is a AP9640, AP9641 verify that HTTP and or HTTPS has been enable. To enable HTTP and or HTTPS open the NMC web interface and go to Configuration - Network - Web - Access. Also, verify that HTTP and or HTTPS protocol has been enable for PowerChute. To verify HTTP and or HTTPS protocol has been enable for PowerChute open the NMC web interface and go to Configuration - Shutdown. You will find the PowerChute Communication Protocol at the bottom of the page.
