PCNS 4-2 download locations

Hi 

trying to get PCNS from the APC website 

here http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/software_comp.cfm?sw_sku=SFPCNS41-V&id=127&swfam=127

and it redirects to the ftp website in which the links / directory are broken there is no "restricted" on the ftp server for ftp.apc.com

broken link ftp://ftp.apc.com/restricted/software/pcns/410/esxi/pcns410ESXi.tar.gz 

Can you update with the correct links or post them on here please

That link has been removed because we are now shipping PCNS 4.2. Here is a link to the PCNS 4.2 web page

the 4-2 link doesnt work either ftp://ftp.apc.com/restricted/software/pcns/420/esxi/pcns420ESXi.tar.gz 

as there is no subdirectory ftp://ftp.apc.com/restricted/

Hi,

Are you downloading using a web browser or are you using FTP? I tested the link I provided and it works for me in Firefox, Chrome, and IE. 

Edit: if you continue to have issue with the download site let me know which version/s of PCNS you need and I will put them put on BOX for you to download.
