PCBE v705 and v704

Hello,

Can someone tell me the difference or the upgrades made in PCBE v705 compared to v704. I tried reading the read me files but it didn't state there
why the version was upgraded to 705.

The main thing was Vista integration. The rest I believe were to support a few other OS's which 7.0.4 previously did not support.
