What is rad.msn.com and why does PCBE need to connect to it?

Thanks! I've changed it to show the IP and it's what I expected.

Hmmm, ok. I'd seen this before in other forums. Posting returns a page full of java errors but the next day I look and it's actually there.
edit Posting today seems to be working

i looked into this for you..this is actually the hostname of the computer that the particular UPS is connected to and where the powerchute business agent is installed. you should look at the computer that this smart ups is connected to and the IP address is resolving to rad.msn.com. in powerchute application preferences, you can actually tell it to not resolve the domain name and it will show the IP address in that position instead.

Hi Ron,
Can you provide more details about this issue? Do we have any screenshot that you can show us so that we could investigate the issue?

Well, I tried to attach a file but the forum software gave me a java exception when I tried to post the message.
