PBUS communication fault on cable 2

I have three 40 KVA SUVT UPS synchronised through a Maintenance Bypass panel and synchronizing kit. The fault "PBUS communication fault on cable 2" is displayed on all three UPS and the fault led is illuminated. The PBUS cables seem to be OK. The UPS can synchronize. What am I suppose to do to clear this fault? How critical is this fault?

Hi,

According to the 3 Phase support team here in North America parallel bus communication alarms can be due to poor connectivity or defective parts. A Field Service Engineer must check/verify the parallel bus cable & parallel box connections. 

The recommendation is to contact local support and request the assistance of a field service engineer.
