PBM: Network Shutdown Module with two network cards, NSM uses the wrong ip
Hello everyone,
I'm not sure this is the right forum to post this message.
We have an UPS Galaxy 3000 (from MGEUPS). I installed the Network shutdown module on the servers I want to protect.
The servers sometimes have two ip addresses, one on the same network of the UPS (151.x.x.x), the other is a backup network (192.x.x.x).
The problem is that the NSM picks up the ip 192.x.x.x so it can't communicate with the UPS but tje link is ON. When I disable the backup network card, the communication is established again. Please see attached file.
Anyone has an idea where I can set permanently the correct ip in the NSM?
