I am monitoring about 45 various models of UPS's and when we get a power blink, I always receive the Power Restored message before I receive the UPS on Battery message. Is there a way to fix this?

Show me the event, data, ups logs for one of the units having this problem.

What does the system use for networking and SMTP? Onboard NMC, APC Smart Connect, PCSS on each computer / server?

In the interim verify the event notification parameter doesn’t have a delay set before sending out an email.

Do all email aliases show the same problem? What is the time stamp of the two emails vs the event log?

I am using APC Smart Connect on all UPS's so i dont have much control with email delays or anything else. All UPS's do this all email alieases do this. I wished i could set a delay on the notification that says Power Restored, but i dont think i have that capability.

I would suggest you engage APC Technical Support to track this issue on a formal service request.

As an aside this simply affirms why using any cloud service is a bad idea. You have absolutely no insight, control, and management over the alert / monitoring system! 🤦‍♂️

Regardless, seeing the data, event, and ups logs for one of the units would provide more insight at this time. 

You should be able to obtain them from any server running APC PCSS / PCNS software.
