ATS - AP4424 - Error - Communication has been lost to the ATS controller!

Hello All I have a problem with ATS AP4424 I did firmware upgrade to the device and it finished successfully however after that it shows the following communication status in the web UI "Communication has been lost to the ATS controller!" Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

What was the firmware on the system before the upgrade? What specific ATS Firmware was installed provide a link.

I don't remember the initial version now, but I upgraded to the latest version V7.1.4 that exist in the following link

The next possible action item is to factory reset the ATS. Press and hold the reset button for more than 20+ seconds or when you see the orange LED flash, than release.

Once the ATS has been reset to a factory default state it will be in DHCP mode. As such you’ll need to identify the IP Address leased out to the ATS which should be displayed on the LCD of the ATS.

Run the firmware update wizard again selecting FTP.

Do not select save logs for the update process.

If the above doesn’t work you’ll need to follow the APC FAQ to connect directly to the ATS via serial connection and upload the individual files.
