Dear All,
The below mentioned warning alarm appears on Symmetra PX 250/500.
" not expected firmware installed at switchgear board" .
The fault appeared right after installation of new firmware ver 4.24.8.
Can anyone help me out.

Yes we have contacted local APC technical team and complaint was logged regarding the issue.
Serial Number of our UPS is QD1113140132.

I assume an APC Field Service Engineer (FSE) came to your site and upgraded the firmware recently on the UPS?
Either way, this will require an FSE to resolve now. Seems as though one of your switchgear cards/boards/modules does not have the correct firmware on it and only certified FSEs can do this procedure unfortunately.

Yes this is right APC Local Dealer in Pakistan has updated the firmware and from that time the above mentioned fault is appearing. The firmware in our 4x Symmetra PX500 (450kW ,N 1) was updated but only 01 out of 04 has got the above mentioned faults while the rest of three are working fine.
APC Local Partners have tried but unable to resolve the above issue.
Please advise a solution.

Have you tried to contact your local APC technical support to escalate? Do you have any case numbers I can reference to try and escalate it? If not, I'll have you message me one of your serial numbers and maybe I can look it up that way.
