Noisy Fan on SUA2200I

Bought a Smart-UPS SUA2200I recently.. the specs said audible noise from 1 meter.. now this is very subjective but the high pitch noise this fan makes I can hear in the next room, even when it's runs at low speed with no load (it's always on). With the noise this makes I would never recommend anyone getting this if they plan to work in the same room, ever.

However, I want to fix it... so I thought I'd just replace the fan with a more quiet one, used to building my own computers.. problem is that it's hard to find good silent 24v fans out there... any suggestions?

I can kind of understand why it needs to have a fan that is always on... but maybe a bigger low RPM fan would be a better choice.. My workstation have 8 fans and makes a lot less noise.

Hope you guys can help, or I'll have to try and sell it.
