Hello,
In one of our sites we multiple APC UPS devices (5 in total) and one of the devices has reported errors on battery failure.
The UPS is programmed to send a shutdown command to the servers that are connected when the battery has 20 minutes runtime left.
So this UPS failure caused a shutdown of these servers, while there was power from an other circuit.
Is there any way to prevent the shutdown command on battery failure, and only send a shutdown command on power failure?
Thanks in advance.

Assuming you are using PowerChute you could change the configuration profile. However, it makes more sense to determine why the UPS is witching to battery and correct that. You should also determine of UPS battery can sustain the load for the needed amount of time.
