Hi.
I've got a smt3000i and I'm having some troubles.
A couple weeks ago the UPS were working fine. It has 5 computers attached + 1 LCD monitor. It offered a backup time of almost 26 min. That was fine for me.
Some days ago an energy interruption ocurred. Unfortunately, the UPS shut down inmediately, and didn't give any backup time to the computers. 3 days later, this happened again.
I got this info from the display
As you see, the UPS shows a remaining time of 26 min, but that's not real. It was real when the UPS worked fine. Also, it doesn't seem an overload.
The following is gotten from apcupsd (I get the same values by PowerChute):
Batteries (as the other components) seem to be fine.
Any ideas will be welcome.
Thanks.

Hi Luis -
When the UPS drops the load, does the LCD give you any kind of fault message? What do you have in your logs on the LCD?
Your UPS is in warranty, so it might be best if you contact your local support team. They will be able to replace your unit if they are unable to resolve the issue.
Thanks
Liam
