The system will emit a continuous tone if one or more of the following conditions exist: Disconnected battery, battery failure / low, over load while on battery, over load while on AC.

Since the hardware doesn’t have a data port you can’t see the power draw. As such unplug everything and add one device back.
This will help narrow down what device in a rough way is consuming too much power. The UPS you have is very small and only provides 400 watts as such may require a larger unit to provide the power you need whether 500 ~ 1500 watts.
