I’m not sure what you’re saying here?!? Do you have a technical question you wish to ask relating to your new hardware?
If so please state the question and maybe a solution can be offered. I suggest you use this APC Resource Link to download the full user manual to understand the features, requirements, and setup:
If after reading the manual or have a problem. Please do ask your question as it relates to this specific device. If there are active faults / error codes they will be (generally) cited in the user manual.
Please call them out here if support is required. If the UPS is connected to a computer running APC Power Chute software it may also provide insight to any active faults / error codes as such share the same here for review if applicable.
The software will provide event, data, ups logs should they need to be reviewed. Given this is a new device you have a two year warranty and technical support from APC.
