New Battery Needed?
I am reaching out because our device keeps making a very loud beeping noise. I believe we need a new battery for the device. How can I get one ordered?

Since you have provided absolutely no details or context regarding the specific APC UPS hardware.
My reply will be over generalized to cover as many possibilities. 🤦‍♂️
APC Model: Go to the APC website and enter your specific UPS model. It will have the full user manual indicating the common beeps / LED indicators - Read it!
RBC: An APC RBC is a (Replacement Battery Cartridge). The full user manual and APC website will call out with a link to the RBC you need / can buy.
Battery: If the (RBC) battery cartridge is end of life and needs to be replaced the system will declare this on the front LCD / LED.
APC Power Chute: If the UPS is connected to a computer system running Power Chute Software. It will capture, record, and display the active faults / errors. If the battery needs to be replaced the software will indicate the same.
