New 2200netpkg vs. older 2200xl net
My basic question is can you use the old extended battery packs from the 2200xlnet days on the new black 2200netpkg units ? I am replacing 12 of the old units and am unsure if the old extended battery packs are compatible.

hi
unfortunately battery packs beginning with part number "SU" have to be used with UPSs that begin with part number "SU" and battery packs beginning with "SUA" have to be used with UPSs that begin with "SUA" in their part number.
the new net-pkg comes with "SUA" battery packs so it wouldnt work with an SU2200XLNET.
