We own several APC 1500. We are going to buy some more APC UPS. I want to use the Powerchute Network Shutdown 4.0 software and wanted to know if the software works with the APC 1500? Also, how many network cards for the UPS's do I need? one? one for each UPS?

Hi,

PowerChute Network Shutdown is compatible with Smart-UPS 1500 that has a network management card installed. You need 1 network card per Smart-UPS. Here is a link to the network card web page http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=98
