Network UPS error!!

I have an SUA750RM2U model UPS connected to a secondary server. I installed the "Agent" software on this machine. I want to monitor it with the main company server, so I installed the Server software on this server. It will populate the secondary server under "Discovered Devices", but when clicking "APPLY", it will give me the error:

" Failed to apply the configuration profile to SERVERNAME "

Any ideas? I don't think I am doing anything wrong here, but maybe it is a small setting I have wrong? Thanks for any help!
