SU2200RM3U Firmware required.

We have two of SU2200RM3U down. One always sounds continuously all the time after turn on(both on wall OR on its batteries). Another one always sounds unregular beeping (also both on wall OR on its batteries).
We cannot use them at all.
We have already trouble-shoot them and we have found the microcontroller are absolutely malfunction.

We here have many of SU2200RM3U, SUA2200RMI2U, ,SURTA1500XL and SUA750RM2U.
Do their all Microprocontroller use the same Embedded Firmware? Or just some Series do, is ok. If yes, we can load the good firmware(with EEPROM Programmer) from good UPS and burn it to new microcontroller.

Or, anybody have the Firmware for SU2200RM3U would be very nice for us to get the correct program.
