Angela,
Hello. Thanks for the response. I was able to upgrade the firmware. Turns out it was an access control list on one of our LAN switches not allowing the full ftp communication. So, I have some tweaking of that to do. Thanks again!

Hello. This is somewhat off topic from the original poster and downloading. Nonetheless, is there a latest version of firmware for NMC2 AP9631 in SMART-UPS, specifically SMX2000LVNC and SMX3000LVNC that are running sumx v6.5.6, aos v6.5.6, and bootmon v1.0.8? I've downloaded the "UPS Network Management Card v6.6.4 Firmware for Smart-UPS & Galaxy 3500 with AP9630/31/35", but when I attempt to upgrade via the Firmware Upgrade Utility v2.20 it errors out with the following:
FTP Log-in passed
Saving data file
Information --> Unable to verify previous version
ERROR --> Incompatible HW
Thanks.

Carlos, can you share the .tar debug log file from your devices? (Instructions here on how to get the tar archive http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131 , which the easiest is right from the NMC web UI under About->Support menu)
I'll see if there is an obvious reason or concern for this problem before I suggest you try upgrading manually via a different method like straight FTP or SCP. It is possible the utility is erroring out because it can't open the FTP data port to try and download the NMC log files to read the top of the file that says the AOS and APP versions currently loaded.
