Network Management Card for APC smart-UPS SUA3000I.

Hi ,
I just got an APC smart-UPS SUA3000I. But It has come with Network management card. Could any one please tell me which model Network card should I ordered. and also please help me how can I access the UPS . I tried with console cable that came with shipment.

Hi Afzal,

The network management card that are available for your unit are AP9618/ AP9630 and AP9631. Here is the link that will give you more information about network management cards.

any of the cards at [this link|http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=98] will work for you.

also, if you want to use a discontinued AP9617 or AP9619, you may as well but keep in mind they are indeed discontinued but still may be available in certain locations. APC will not be developing on them anymore and our newer cards that I linked you to (except AP9618) are a lot more full featured including IPv6, SMTP (email) authentication, etc
