anyone know how to do the setting if the company email hosted by other DNS company (out of the office),
no email server available in their office.

I've only experienced a third party DNS and third party SMTP server once. It didn't end well. The problems with reaching the DNS and SMTP server from your network becomes a huge problem. I believe if I remember correctly, the final say was that it was going to be impossible to use a third party service that's hosted off site.
