Network Management Card 2 (9631) lost communication

Hello,

in the forum I found the same discussion with "lost communication to UPS". And the answer was "you need another firmware".

Can anybody me help to. My hardware is:

What type/model of UPS is your AP9631 installed in? Currently you have Symmetra 3phase UPS firmware loaded onto it. If you have a Smart-UPS or different type of model, the firmware needs to be changed to that application so that the AP9631 and your UPS can "talk."
