Hi,
I have a network card issue on Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL, even if I connect the Ethernet cable . Leds are always offline on the network adapter
any suggestions ?

If you don't get a yellow or green Link light at the ups - LED to the left of the RJ45 port., and correspondingly at whatever network switch port the ups is patched into) then either the card isn't configured properly for TCP/IP and DNS or, the switch port isn't set up / functioning, or the card has a hardware failure...or it could be in need of a firmware update / re-flash.
With a laptop running hyperterminal and the 940-0024C comm cable that should have come with the network card/ups you should be able to do a console login to the UPS management card (AP9617 ? AP9619 ?) via the rear panel DB-9 serial port) and check the Network status. 2400,n,8,1 is the serial setup on hyperterminal...
